Common questions

Quick answers for shop owners.

How do customers pay me?

When they book, customers see your bank details and a payment reference for EFT, or they choose to pay cash at your shop. The money goes straight to you.

Do my customers need to install an app?

No. They open the link in any browser, pick a service, a date and a time, and book. They can install it as an app if they want to.

What if I am closed or on holiday?

Set your opening hours and holiday dates once. Customers can only book times when you are open, and you can pause new bookings any time.

How long until my shop is live?

Once you upload your proof of payment, we check it and activate your shop within 24 hours.

Can I cancel?

Yes. There is no contract. If you do not renew, your shop is simply hidden until you pay again.
